1. Digital Products, Licensing, and Refund Policy

  • Final Sale & Waiver of Cancellation: Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloads of ebooks and Lightroom presets), all sales are final once the download has commenced. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a 14-day cancellation or cooling-off period upon the immediate delivery of the digital files.
  • Exceptions for Defective Files: Refunds or exchanges are only issued if a digital file is proven to be completely corrupted, technically defective, or fundamentally different from its product description, and cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Single-User License: When you purchase a preset pack or ebook, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license.
  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, share, lease, or sub-license our digital products (whether in their original form or modified) to any third party. Doing so violates copyright law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, ebook layouts, and preset files—is the intellectual property of the store owner and is protected by international copyright laws.
  • Purchasing a product grants you the right to use it for your personal or professional photography editing, but it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency if converted at checkout) and are subject to change without notice. Depending on your location, applicable digital taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout via WooCommerce.
  • Payment Gateways: We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4. Downloading and Access

  • Delivery: Upon successful payment processing through WooCommerce, you will receive an automated email containing your download links. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our website.
  • Backup Responsibility: Digital products are available for download for a limited time or a limited number of attempts through your account. You are responsible for backing up your purchased files to your own hard drive or cloud storage. We are not responsible for lost files due to computer crashes or accidental deletion.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Presets and Editing: Lightroom presets affect images differently depending on the camera, lighting, and camera settings of the original photo. We do not guarantee that a preset will look identical on every photo without minor manual adjustments on your part.
